bool DP_DeepPotHasLongRange(DP_DeepPot *dp)#

Query whether the model carries a long-range module.

Such a module sums its interaction over every pair of atoms, so the model evaluates only a complete non-periodic system, and the device-resident entry DP_DPA4ComputeCanonicalGraphGPU passes it the node positions and, on several ranks, the communicator.
