DP_Nlist *DP_NewNlist(int inum_, int *ilist_, int *numneigh_, int **firstneigh_)

Create a new neighbor list.

Parameters

• inum_ – [in] Number of core region atoms

• Array – [in] stores the core region atom’s index

• Array – [in] stores the core region atom’s neighbor atom number

• Array – [in] stores the core region atom’s neighbor index

Returns

A pointer to the neighbor list.
